Not only can you talk and interact with HAL, but it also recreating some of the movie’s more quotable human-AI repartee and uses Amazon’s Alexa to check the weather, turn lights on and off, or ask to open the pod bay doors when HAL refuses.

Master Replicas Group has yet to reveal pricing information but we do know that Hal 9000 is created to celebrate the groundbreaking film's 50th anniversary, is powered by a Fire HD tablet and relies on Alexa to respond to your commands and questions. Limited to 2001 individually-numbered units.

The movie "2001: A Space Odyssey" might have been trying to tell us something about the dangers of artificial intelligence...but who cares...I want one.
