Who is Jonah Ryan?

Jonah Ryan is an American politician and former political adviser who served as a U.S. Representative from New Hampshire's 2nd congressional district.

He was elected on December 21, 2016, in a special Congressional race held in New Hampshire. He is a member of the Democratic Party and has announced his candidacy for President in the 2020 presidential election.

Joe Donnely is a Senator from Indiana, a seat he was first elected to in 2012, and he is also a member of the Democratic Party.

Donnelly is running for reelection in 2018.  Joe Donnelly is a real person and a real Senator.

So why is REAL Senator Joe Donnelly copying a FAKE Jonah Ryan ad almost shot for shot?
