But everyone who has seen the film knows that the real star of the movie was Carol's HOUSE.
The mansion, known as The Barrett Estate, is a 9,400-square-foot house in Hyde Park, a charming neighborhood on the east side of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Not much has been updated over the years, which made it perfect for a movie set in the 1950s.
The home has eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a carriage house, and a pipe organ.
