If you are a fan of Laverne & Shirley and are still in shock about the sudden passing of Penny Marshall, this might cheer you up. The Gary Marshall Theatre is having a 12-hour Laverne & Shirley marathon with special guests from the cast.

You’re invited to celebrate the extraordinary comedy of Penny Marshall during a 12-hour “Laverne & Shirley” marathon on Sunday, January 27, 10:00 am -10:00 pm at the Gary Marshall Theater.

Cindy Williams and special guests will appear live on our stage throughout the day, so don’t miss it!

The open-house marathon celebrates the late Penny Marshall, Cindy Williams, its all-star cast and the hilarious sitcom that still has families laughing around the world. Ms. Williams will appear in person as a special guest during the marathon.

Some of Cindy and Penny’s favorite episodes will be shown throughout the day during the marathon.

We attended the event and it was everything we could have hoped for.

Some of the cast and crew were there and graciously posed for pictures with the fans.

Inside the Gary Marshall Theater, you could feel the spirit of Laverne & Shirley.

And there is nothing better than sitting in a dark room singing the Laverne & Shirley theme song with a bunch of new friends.

The best party of the entire night was realizing that it was the 43 anniversary of the show's premiere.

You gotta ❤️Gary Marshall's kids for putting this together. It was a great day and a great way to pay respects to one of the most iconic sitcoms of all time.
