Lost LA

KCET and PBS SoCal join with the Los Angeles City Historical Society to screen an episode of the award-winning KCET Original, Lost LA.  You must check it out.

If you haven't seen this wonderful program about Los Angeles history...now is your chance. KCET and PBS SoCal, have joined with the Los Angeles City Historical Society to screen an episode of the award-winning KCET Original, Lost LA, and they are launching a lecture series based on the series.

Sponsored by Union Bank and a co-production with the University of Southern California Libraries, the Emmy Award® winning LOST LA, now in its third season, uncovers the dreams that built modern-day Los Angeles through documents, photos and other rare artifacts.

Share a passion for history with LA City Archivist Michael Holland and Lost LA producer Matthew Crotty and explore an episode from story idea to archival research; to production for broadcast, to a teachable curriculum. Other panelists will include educators who helped shape the curriculum.

The Lectures are held in the Mark Taper Auditorium, on the first floor of the Central Library, 630 W. 5th Street, Los Angeles.  Admittance is free and open to the public. For more information and for tickets, click HERE.

This is a great way for anyone who ❤️s Hollywood to spend the day and who knows, you might end up meeting a friend who ❤️s Hollywood too.  See ya there. xoxo
