Inside Google's Spruce Goose Offices
Check out Googles New Offices inside the Old Spruce Goose Hanger in Playa Vista, CA aka "Silicon Beach."
We first told you about The Spruce Goose Hanger, the location where Howard Hughes’s Hughes H-4 Hercules was built, last year, and that internet powerhouse Google was moving in.....
Well, Google has officially moved in and their offices look AMAZING. Who doesn't love a good before and after?
The tech giant leased the 319,000-square-foot hangar in 2016, just five years after moving into Frank Gehry’s Binoculars Building in nearby Venice, and began a HUGE renovation.
Google added over 100,000 square feet while honoring the history of the building by creating a streamline modern inspired look that resembles an ocean liner. I bet even Howard Hughes himself would be impressed.
Google is using its new offices for Youtube and Google workers, along with a variety of other employees. It looks like an AMAZING place to work.
With more than 450,000 square feet long and 4 stories tall, you can really feel how big The Spruce Goose once was.

FYI: The Spruce Goose now resides in an aviation museum in Oregon.

Quite creative and curious work space. If YouTube office there? I like to watch YouTube. But, wonder a bit how to promote youtube channel during a strong competition?
